Date: 10/10/2025, Time: 11:50 Today I went to Fatih Özlem Pharmacy (Küçük Mustafa Paşa Neighborhood) to apply my prescription. I took only a few of the prescribed medications because I found some at home; the woman in charge used an offensive expression to me as “if you won't take it, why are you printing it”. Such an attitude is unacceptable at a time when I am ill and depressed. I expect the staff to behave more respectfully and understandingly.
