Friends, OZO Chaweng SAMUI is a no frills hotel with an average level of service. There is nothing "Thai" here, it feels like this hotel was moved to Chaweng from Turkey or Egypt... Artificial grass, "short" palm trees, etc.)) One of the advantages is a good beach (gentle entrance to the water) and a location with developed infrastructure nearby (massage, exchangers, fruits, within walking distance of Central Samui). Breakfast is nothing special for three. The Deluxe room is extremely cramped and uncomfortable, the closet is very small, located in the bathroom, there is no iron, bathrobes, slippers. If you have a couple of large suitcases, it will be difficult to place them in the room. There is a microscopic clothes dryer on the mini balcony. 🥲The territory is small, there are few plants, the beach is poorly cleaned, garbage is lying around (this is partly the fault of individual hotel guests who smoke wherever they want and throw cigarette butts on the sand), and room cleaning, in our opinion, leaves much to be desired. The declared "Kids club" is not it works, animations or any kind of activities, including for children, there is no word at all. The ever-busy sun beds around the pool are some kind of disaster! This is not our first visit to Koh Samui, there is something to compare it with. Given these disadvantages, there is no desire to return or recommend this hotel.

We chose the OZO hotel on Koh Samui based on the following requirements :1. Clear sea with comfortable access to the sea for children 2. Location of the hotel, taking into account the nearby infrastructure (cafes, shops)3. The presence of a swimming pool on the territory of the hotel 4. The cost of accommodation 5. Recommendations from friends. We stayed for 7 days. We booked 2 rooms for a family of 4 people, as they are very small. Breakfast is served on the territory of the hotel for an additional fee or at the rate (accommodation + breakfast). The cost of breakfast is 350 baht per person. The pool is comfortable for swimming, but we were lucky with the weather (July), so we spent most of our time at sea. Chaweng Beach is the best for children.

It's a great place, everything is close to the hotel, central, cafes, the sea is just a stone's throw from the room. The staff is VERY polite and kind, they will always help. Fortunately, there are almost no people from the CIS countries in the hotel, so we're getting high) the prices are reasonable, all the conditions are there, of course I wanted a bigger balcony, but otherwise everything is great! the rooms are also good, the weather was clean everywhere, it was summer, but it rained a couple of times for 10-15 minutes. DO NOT feed the chipmunks, they may scratch)
