The good news is that the hotel is clean and everything is working. Out of the doubtful: the rooms are small. We took two, through a common door. Everything is very minimalistic: there are no bathrobes, no slippers, and there is not much of a minimal toilet set (which is available even in 3*). The territory is small and not cozy. Breakfasts consist of most dishes for Asians and Indians. It is necessary to say very specific things. In my opinion, the hotel is not worth the money. The price is too high.

We just left OZO, a nice quality hotel in the center, but in a quiet center. Near Terminal 21, Tiffany Show, shops and the waterfront. The view was amazing from the 9th floor, the pool is large and of high quality. In the evening there is a paid seafood buffet for 600 Baht per person, 400 children. The rooms are super, the beds are super, tea and coffee in the room. The elevator came up with the application of cards. A huge plus is that it's always fresh near the hotel, it blows, and it's a salvation in the stuffiness. Now about the cons: they took a deposit of $ 100 from us, approached us in the evening before leaving to make the calculation, they refused us, they answered in the morning. The check-out was early, when calculating, they stated that they did not accept dollars, after a little showdown, they agreed to calculate in dollars, but..... Without paying😂🤦♀️ For a minute, the hotel still owes us 1 thousand Baht. This is the first time we have encountered such a situation. To our indignation, a very nervous manager started threatening the police. I think they have this way of cashing in, it's probably a common situation. We waited for the guide, he changed the dollars for us and we paid off safely. Just keep in mind. Otherwise, the hotel is very decent.
