We ordered a TV stand on this PVZ. The cabinet arrived in a cardboard box wrapped with duct tape. To check the product, it was necessary to trim it. They asked the employee at the delivery to give them tape so that they could re-wrap the box and pick up the goods. To which the employee replied that he himself had little of it, and he needed to wrap the goods for a refund. I had to go to the nearest FixPrice and buy some scotch. There was a great desire not to pick up the goods at all because of such unprofessionalism.

I ordered preserves for cats in 4 packages out of 6 ordered, there were not enough preserves in the box. It says 26 on the box, but only 25 in the package. The first time I didn't open the sealed box, I found it only at home. I placed an order a month later, but I opened the packages at the pick-up point. Again, each package was missing a pack. I contacted the employee at the pick-up point - if you don't want to pick it up, make a refund. I wrote a complaint - the manufacturer is to blame, makes claims against them. The pre-servers were from different manufacturers.
