The opening hours of the pick-up point do not correspond to reality. It's still closed at 9:00. The waiting time under the doors is 15 minutes. Me and another client left with nothing. Please adjust the opening hours and do not mislead the customers. Each of us values our time.

You drive and pray not to get on a smoke break...not a stable schedule...They wrote a break by hand on a piece of paper and went outside to smoke...I've run into this a lot. I'm going to change the pick-up point, I'm tired of it..
