By far the worst point of Ozon. It's just impossible to even try on clothes, it's so stuffy... It's not only the customers who are sweating, but also the employees. There is no ventilation in the room, I absolutely do not care about people. It's best to close this point. Don't even expect to try things on properly here. At least feel sorry for the staff. It's also about orders, they almost never arrive here on time.

At first there was a good pick-up point, now it's a quiet horror. They spend 20 minutes searching for an order. Two times my order was picked up in the evening and I had to wait for 20-25 minutes. With a brilliant suggestion from an employee, "I can't find an order, maybe come back tomorrow," and there's already a queue of 7 people behind me. Today, on 11/10/25, I arrived at 3:55 p.m., and waited until 2:04 p.m. for the oil to be found for the man... And the employee lazily, slowly slowly.... I walked from box to box, barely moving my legs... And the second one was minding her own business, despite the fact that her colleague couldn't cope. Not having enough time, I was forced to go on business. I'll probably have another queue in the evening..

I don't understand what's going on at this point at all... If there are no employees, then the goods are accepted for two hours. But now we have crossed all the boundaries. Changing rooms in the hallway-seriously? Plus, there's some kind of chemical stink. I ask you to understand labor protection and check safety procedures, including fire safety. There are boxes all around, there is no passage, the fire exit is blocked.
