This pick-up point is incredibly pleasing, especially since it is located next to the house. There are usually no queues, I come in the morning or afternoon most of the time. The staff is super, I especially want to thank the girl who worked on 09/18/2025, she will always help, prompt, and knows all the subtleties and nuances of the application's functions. But in general, everyone works quickly and efficiently. Thanks! She completely abandoned orders in a similar marketplace.

There are no questions about the delivery and safety of the goods, there are only questions about the work of the staff when you arrive during working hours, and the point is closed. On January 8, I waited and was not alone under the doors until 10:20 (works from 10), so no one opened. Maybe I would have let it go, but there was a similar incident several times in spring and summer, when you arrive at 6 pm, and the point is closed. I live outside the city, I use it as a transit, sometimes I drive by often, sometimes once a week, now the storage period has been extended, but before it was 4-5 days and the goods were returned due to their fault. Deserved 4 stars out of 10.
