After payment, ozon refused to return the unsuitable product, allegedly it was taken out of cellophane, non-marketable. They force you to buy a pig in a poke, and they don't accept it if they take it out of the package and something turns out to be wrong.

It's closed almost all the time, sometimes with three lunch breaks, sometimes with technical problems for several hours. And the goods are always missing, the packaging is often damaged or opened, I don't know whose fault it is, let ozone deal with it, and I will change the place of delivery.
