How about renting a bigger room? Are the pick-up points in great demand, there are eternal queues, does one employee have to give out and take and pack, and go to the toilet for lunch? Large room,+ 2 employees with two PCs per shift. I feel sorry for Ozon's employees and customers. Please think about the normal organization of work.
