We arrived on Saturday, during business hours (~15.10), there is an "open" sign on the door, the door itself is closed, there is no one inside. They knocked, stood for 10 minutes and left. it is normal if an employee has left for a short time (went to the store, or had lunch), it is not normal not to leave any notes at the same time when the client does not understand whether it makes sense for him to wait or not. I won't underestimate the rating too much, because the item is generally normal, there are no queues, and the service is good.
