Good afternoon. Why is the pick-up point closed at 9.15 a.m., and the specified number is invalid? The route was specially set up before the birthday in order to give the gift in time, and the pick-up point simply works on a spontaneous schedule.

I've been there several times. An excellent rather conveniently located pick-up point. Pleasant staff and a neatly cleaned room. The only thing is that it's not the first time the computer is buggy and you have to wait a long time. I hope it will be put in order.
