The exterior and interior are pretty shabby. Employees are lucky when they're normal, when they're on their own wavelength, hello, goodbye is rare. From a fresh one: you come for an order - they can't find it, they ask you to come back later. You come the next day, and there's a queue of FIVE people, an employee is sitting at a computer, don't you understand what happens if no one accepts their order - they're looking in the bowels again? Then why is this one at the computer and not helping?

Good afternoon. Why is the pick-up point closed at 9.15 a.m., and the specified number is invalid? The route was specially set up before the birthday in order to give the gift in time, and the pick-up point simply works on a spontaneous schedule.
