I was picking up an oversized order. I want to warn you right away: the PVZ is located at gate #39, and these gates are on the back side of the warehouse. We pulled into the parking lot in front of the warehouse and circled it from either side. Once inside, there is a large sign on the left "FBS self-acceptance" and below there is a small sign on the pillar "PVZ" that you can barely notice. There are usually sellers stomping around who hand over the goods. Don't stand there, don't wait, but catch any employee and tell them that you want to pick up an oversized parcel. And even then, you'll have to wait. I'd like to give you 1 star for navigating the warehouse.

There are no complaints about couriers. They are responsible, positive and polite. But there are absolutely not enough of them. I ordered a bulky cargo. We postponed the delivery for 3 days, and in the end we had to go on our own. At least I have a number in my personal account that I can contact. The guys on the spot helped to load it. They said 1 machine of beads for the whole of Minsk, for the delivery of bulky orders. Naturally, they tried on my cargo in the car, and there are almost 2 cubic meters in size. As a result, the money for the delivery was stripped to the door, and I had to pick it up myself from the suburbs.
