This is the most terrible PVZ. They came to pick up the goods, the point was closed for acceptance of the goods. We waited an hour! While it was visible that the girl was sitting on the phone and recording a video. Another girl saw that there were people standing and did not react to it in any way. It turned out that their program was stuck and they didn't even report it and no one was able to pick up the order.

There are eternal problems with this PVZ. No matter how you arrive, the point is closed, "the employee felt sick"/"for technical reasons" and so on. And when it's open, the staff can't find the product, once they brought a completely different product with the words "well, the barcode got through," while sitting with their nails almost up on the table, just some kind of mockery of people. At the beginning of May, we decided to make a weekend off, and no one cares that people have orders with shelf life. We ask the management to take care of this PVZ, arrange a sufficient number of employees and restore order.

They work as they want, they come and leave work when they want, the point is not open and the break announcements are hanging, the working day starts at 9:00 and they arrive at 11:00, even the drivers who bring the goods try to contact them and they do not respond, the drivers leave the goods and leave! It's filthy to work like this, there are so many complaints and the result is zero. Why open a point if you can't keep it under control!

"YOUR ORDER IS LOST" if you want to hear these words REPEATEDLY! - then order in this PVZ. Okay, once people made a mistake! But I was standing in a queue of the same. Someone received a refund incorrectly, someone lost a parcel. Everything is lying under my feet. Mud. Empathy from employees is zero, customer service is zero. And by the way, it's very often closed there, like for a technical 15-minute break. It is not always possible to enter for a parcel the first time, arriving during opening hours.

The horror, not the PVZ. It doesn't work all the time, there are some delays with acceptance. My order has been stored on the PVZ for several days now, but due to the staff's inappropriate attitude to my work, I cannot receive it. I will never order goods here again! And I don't recommend it to you. Shut up already and don't embarrass yourself!

Trash, boxes, packaging materials. Writing with a pen on a piece of paper "garbage under the table". A sleepy guy behind a dirty bedside table. He didn't say a single word. Even the banal "hello, how can I help you"... Is it a service? Out of three orders, there is a delay of three times. But that's not even the most important thing... The coolest thing about the lack of fire safety. The guy is clearly immortal. There is an extension cord on the bedside table, with chargers plugged in, wires, sockets. And underneath it all are documents, invoices, etc. and all this together...

I think that such employees of this PVZ should not work in this department! This is not the first time I have tried to pick up my goods between 18.-19.00 - they are not working. Too often they feel bad, then he went on a break for 2 hours, then he wrote "diarrhea-that's-scrofula" on February 2 at 17.42, and there was a note on the door - the point is closed until 14:00 on February 2. I don't think they plan to work here anymore!!!!The ordered items were needed today!!!!! Yesterday, April 22, 2025, I got sick again at 6:35 p.m. It's already becoming a rule -as soon as there's an influx of people after work, everything is a no-brainer! And we would work on the courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness of the point. Better yet, close the dot and don't disgrace the name "Ozone"! Prepare a book of complaints today, and try not to give it at the first request of the client - hello, showdown with the police! It's a pity that Korzhenevsky Street was closed - there was a better point!

The worst PVZ I've ever visited. Not only is the PVZ itself small, but there is some kind of chaos in the room: parcels are lying underfoot, lying unattended in the client's area while the employee goes to an improvised warehouse. The employees themselves are incompetent: the product was lost at the PVZ, but the customer is to blame, the best they can offer is to come tomorrow. Sorry for the wasted time.

A very small point, if there are more than two people, you won't fit anymore. Therefore, employees have to close for acceptance, otherwise no one will fit. Employees don't move very fast, but that's not surprising, given their pay.

Why can't you give the pick-up point 0 stars? I placed an order consisting of several items, the employee who "I'm just replacing today" brought part of the order, decided not to look for the rest, asked about one product that I changed my mind about buying without bringing other goods, cancels the entire order, then proves that he has already left, but you refused the order. Before that, I brought my child to the workplace, who was frolicking among the orders, maybe playing with one of them. Is it really impossible to treat employees and their discipline in the workplace more responsibly?
