No matter what day you come here, no matter what time you try, there are never any employees. You have to wait for an hour. No phones, no notes, nothing. I ordered 4 times on different days and at different working hours - the result is the same. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I won't set foot here again.

It started at 9:00, the employee came at 09:35, didn't even apologize, just came in front of us in silence, I had to wait half an hour, the parcel had to be picked up as early as possible, because I have plans and work!!! The hotline kindly invited me to come in an hour or the next day, how great!! So maybe you can call an employee and do something about it instead of asking me to come the next day?? You have a daily schedule from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., not when it's more convenient for an employee to wake up. I wish he'd said something, but no. And so the delivery was delayed for 2 days, and they also distinguished themselves at the pick-up point.

The employee is openly rude, because I quote :"he doesn't have to be polite, he just gives out the goods" (there was a guy on December 22 at about 8.30 pm) 3. He (the employee) doesn't care about the reviews here, and I quote the complaints: "Haha! Go to Russia and complain there. And here I will do what I want." 4. There are no knives. In general, I've been there twice, I'll pick up what comes and go to another point...And by the way the fifth: 5. The employee doesn't care about this (the client's departure) either, because I quote: "[he] earns only 3% of the cost of the product on this, and this is [for him] pennies!"
