The room is spacious, the hall is quiet, calm and clean, I have not encountered queues, there is everything necessary for checking and fitting. I met one nice woman on the issue, there were no complaints.

There are no questions about the pick-up point itself, it's a good and comfortable place, but what about the staff? We went in with a friend on 12/21 at about 16:30, and instead of receiving service, we received "girls, you will have to go for a walk, I accept the goods." The girls are 23 years old, but even if teenagers came in, such an attitude is unacceptable. By the way, there was no queue, which prevented us from serving and then going to take the goods – it is unknown, but probably a banal disregard for "girls". I respect the workers at the pick-up points, but such an attitude does not encourage politeness. I recommend that the owner still pay attention to one of his employees, whose attitude towards clients will eventually leave you without clients.
