The work of the pick-up point is disgusting, - the goods do not reach, - although everything is in the ozone personal account for 2 days at the point. I can't debit the payment, because an error pops up every other time. Moreover, this is a problem only with these pick-up points. The owners of the point, tell me why, do you care so much about the number of customers in your point?

On 05.11.25, I picked up my product, a decorative lantern lamp. Ozone always warns: check your product at the pick-up point. I asked the girl to plug the lamp into an outlet. She pointed to the sockets above the customer table. I told her, "There are regular sockets, but I have a USB cord, I need to plug it into the computer," she said, "my computer is busy," I told her, "it's a matter of seconds to check if it's working or not." Gritting her teeth, she plugged the cord into the computer with the words: "I should have brought the drive for verification." I was blown away. To pick up the product and check it on the spot, I had to get a drive from somewhere and bring it to the pick-up point. Spending two seconds checking (plugging the cable into the computer) is wasteful for this girl. Where do they take such irritable girls to the pick-up points? Why are there never any problems with guys? In fairness, I want to say that this employee found my goods quickly. I like the item itself, it has become very spacious, there is a table, simple sockets, stationery knives and scissors for customers so that they can check the arrived goods before picking them up. There are fitting rooms too. 5 (item) yes 1 (employee) - therefore 3 stars.
