06.12.2024 I came to issue a refund, an unpleasant lady with a dirty head in glasses immediately said that she was a big boss and made decisions! And she decides not to accept this product from me, because I threw out the Ozona packaging bag (not the factory packaging), apparently she is too lazy to print the barcode on the printer.
