For so many years, I've never been able to say anything bad about the staff. Yes, there were queues for the new year. But it would not be obvious only to a fool. And they dissipated quickly enough. The staff at the PVZ is sociable. They work fast and are friendly enough. Additional shelves were built for the holidays. So that the ordered items don't lie on the floor next to puddles from customers' shoes. Which I'm glad because I had to order on NG myself and it wouldn't be very nice to get a wet parcel. The last time was today. There are no questions about the pvz.

The order will be canceled on the 28th, it's now the 25th, and I can't pick it up because of the terrible service at the pick-up point, or rather its complete absence. There is a sign on the door indicating yesterday's date and a break until 16:40, I go in and hear that they are not working at all today. Queues take 40-50 minutes. The staff can't find the goods and are moving at a snail's pace. Previously, other people worked and everything was fine.

The staff's work is disgusting. My product was not found and cancelled. She came 3 times and left a phone number. As a result, they did not find it and it is unclear how they canceled it. While I was standing in line for 40 minutes, the delivery was completed, the whole point was filled with boxes. There were 5 customers in the queue, and two customers were turned around in front of me because they couldn't find the product. Close the point and empty the warehouse!!! I will complain wherever possible. The staff is in no hurry.
