It's just a disgusting pick-up point! No matter how I visit Ozone, they have a "technical break" ALL the time. I come in the morning before work - it's closed. I come in at lunch - it's closed. In the evening after work, the cardboard box is hanging again and the door is closed! How many times People waste their time, plan their day, come for parcels, and are forced to stand outside and wait for an employee to walk around. It feels like they don't have a pick-up point there, but a continuous continuous rest. Clean up the staff! I won't order anything else at this point, I'd rather choose a nearby marketplace where customers and their time are respected.
