I have repeatedly used the services of this pick-up point.. everything is always polite and fast.. But this is the first time I've encountered such an attitude today. To my "Hello!", she received a cynical reply through her teeth: "Wait 3 minutes.". The employee of the point was clearly puzzled by the fulfillment of an extremely important task from the management.. and she didn't even consider it necessary to say hello and look at the customer who was waiting for his paid (!) order. She did not consider it necessary to smooth over the situation with a polite word like "sorry" or "please wait.". Well, anything can happen... I had to wait.. while she takes a picture of her stack of work papers from both sides.. and at the end of his "super-important work" he will finally make me happy with attention. I even managed to turn on the camera and capture the "super task", which turned out to be more important than the current work.
The question is: what is more important for an employee of the pick-up point: to issue orders, or to take pictures of papers (which can be photographed during a period when there are no customers)? And do employees receive instruction, at least briefly, on the polite treatment of the company's customers?

23.09 I wanted to issue a return of substandard goods. The employee of the point on accepted the goods without packaging. Are you serious? Does the consumer have no rights at all without packaging? I have a product from your marketplace, an office with all the necessary payment documents. It's probably worth at least a little training for employees before they are put on the pick-up point. In short, I am writing a complaint to Ozone and to the Consumer Protection Society.
