I picked up the order at this pick-up point on August 20 in the evening with my husband and child. There were 2 employees at the point. Both are rude and rude. At first, they tried to tell me that I owed them and owed them. The husband asked for a book of complaints, the conversation was already in raised tones, and one of the employees was swearing obscenities. The child was in the fitting room at the time of the conflict, got scared, closed the curtain. I think the owner of the pick-up point should look at the record of how his employees communicate with visitors and draw conclusions. I won't order any more here.
