I've never written negative comments, but this is a cry from the soul. The staff hung up a printed sheet saying that take all the boxes with you. I ordered a suitcase, and I had to carry a huge box around the city with the suitcase, and every time I take all the boxes with me in my hands. The staff is always snorting, unhappy faces, and it feels like I'm distracting them from important things on the phone. This was my last order there, the customer orientation level is at zero.

What is OZON, what is the pick-up point... this is some kind of horror… The appendix indicates that this point is open from 9 to 21 (the sign says the same) Yandex maps shows work starting at 10 a.m. At the time of writing this review, the time is 10:20, there is no one… If you want to spend an hour of all your time in the void, then I highly recommend this pick-up point … It's just a horror, I hope this pick-up point will be closed with such an attitude towards customers
