I read all the reviews and understand that people give one star for the BREAKS that employees of the PVZ SHOULD have, I used to work in a similar place myself and I know what it feels like when people are unhappy that you corny need to fill your needs. and as for "indicating the time interval of the break" - this sign about the break is given out for a reason. if it is there, then the employee has the right to hang it as it is. be kinder and have at least a TOUCH of human empathy and don't be selfish, your order won't leave in 15 minutes and the world won't explode.
