There is no place to check the goods, there are no fitting rooms, and the room is packed with people. All orders arrive late because there is simply no one to track the delivery, they are piled in a corner. The opening hours of a separate song are Saturday until 17:00, this is not a service

This is nonsense, not a pick-up point. An employee of the post office works on it, which is why she is rushing between mail and Ozone customer service. Goods can stand still for a long time and no one will accept them. They always accept goods at closing, when you can no longer pick them up, and if it's also before Sunday, then wait until Monday. This is not a complaint against an employee, but about the organization of work. You can't pick it up on weekends, it works according to the mail schedule. In general, it is definitely 0/10
