Dear head of the copy center! I have to leave a very negative review about your employee's work. Today, at about 19:00 (half an hour before the official closing time), I contacted your copy center with a simple request — to print one color photo. The employee reacted outrageously and refused service. I would appreciate an official response describing the measures taken. In the absence of a reaction, I will consider the possibility of publishing this review on all available review sites and contacting the consumer protection authorities.

The girl (introduced herself as Alyona) raised her voice at her mother (they sent her to print gifts to her loved ones while in another city), ignored her, refused to print more than 2 posters (which is surprising, because this is a profit, 1 poster is 7 rubles, we wanted to print 5), in the end, with grief in half, indignant, 4 printed but it was unpleasant that the employee did not get into the situation, did not listen, while communicating with other people and taking orders without finishing (it's great that there is a queue, but you can always communicate with people correctly so that people do not have a sediment left, as if they are communicating with them, as it is not clear with whom) although again, we did everything possible for the comfort of the girl, if the file could not be opened, we sent it to the mail to make it convenient (although there was a feeling that the girl just did not want to bother, there was no desire to do anything).. when we sent the file to the mail, we asked for clarification if there was a girl in a red sweatshirt on the screensaver, to which we also received a rude answer so that mom could decide everything herself with her friends (we are her children), and in general, it's not nice to communicate with someone who is older.. if you want to earn money and have a good reputation, you need to keep such boorish people away from your business, and you don't want to return to this place anymore, although there is still something to print.. therefore, if you do not want to listen to rudeness in your address, avoid this place and even more so do not advise your loved ones.
