Pleasant staff who always provided advice. Everything was 5/5, objectively we were happy with everything. However, just the other day, my mother went to change her shoes on winter wheels and asked me to put the summer ones in the trunk slightly at an angle so that they would not roll when driving. As a result, the wheels were set straight and, in response to a repeated request from the employee, I heard that this was not his job, so he was not going to do it... In general, I can't say that the tire service is bad, I can't say that all the employees in it are bad, but there are still boorish personalities among them. Unfortunately, I don't really want to come back here, despite having a pretty good impression of my work in the past.
