It's a beautiful park, well, there are drunks on almost every bench, they drink, smoke, sleep on these benches in broad daylight, you can't walk with children normally, at least a patrol would come a couple of times a day, they would disperse, maybe this would not have happened. There's also a camera in the park, just for what, if they don't keep order and disperse them.
