In short, I celebrated my birthday, the hall was ordered 2 weeks in advance, when ordering it was agreed with the administrator that we take half of the alcohol in the institution, we carry half of our own. We paid a deposit (100 UAH per person). We arrive on the appointed day and are immediately surprised - our hall is not covered and generally the impression that we were not expected. Further - more: Liang's waitress feverishly begins to carry dishes and dishes, everything is very messy and hasty... At the end, the administrator makes claims about alcohol. To our comment about the preliminary agreements, he replies that "this could not have happened in principle.".. They write out a check - the amount is slightly more than 1700 UAH, in principle a little, but they cannot answer the reasonable question where the prepayment is indicated in the check and as a result they return the ENTIRE amount of the prepayment!!! If I hadn't asked about her, 700 UAH would have remained in the pub. I do not recommend it categorically!!!!!
