An incredible journey into a fairy tale called Cappadocia! Everyone needs to visit this fairy tale. Professional guide Elena immersed us in the history of Turkey for 2 days, told us interesting stories. It was interesting to visit the volcanic lodge and we did it, thanks to Elena. She showed the most beautiful places where very cool photos turned out .

An incredible journey into a dream☺️ In July 2024, we bought a two-day trip to Cappadocia and did not regret it for a second. Emotions are overwhelming even upon returning home!From the first minute of our two-day trip to the end of this fascinating journey, there was a puppy's delight. Elena, a highly professional tour guide, led the tour in two languages, as our group was multilingual. The most beautiful Cappadocia with its stories, traditions and extraordinarily gorgeous places was admired every minute!
TOUR PROGRAM Panorama of the Hassan volcano;
Visiting the underground city;
Visit to the Derwent Valley (Fantasy Valley);
Visit to the Valley of the Monks;
Visit to the rock town of Chavushin;
Panoramic stop in the Valley of Love;
Panorama of Ortakhisar fortress;
Panoramic stop Uchguzel (Three Beauties);
Panorama of Goreme National Park;
Sunset panorama
Hot air balloon flight or balloon panorama (extra charge);
Visit to the Anatolia Stone Center;
Panoramic stop in the Valley of Pigeons;
Visit to Uchhisar (extreme fortress);
Visit to the silk leather studio / Turkish sweets;
Visit to the Oresin Khan Caravanserai;
Soooooooo of all the interesting things! Unbelievable! The price is absolutely justified! To be honest, I didn't even want to return to the hotel, so as not to blur the impression and delight of this tour. A hotel moment that will be remembered for a lifetime is a hot air balloon flight! To say that you liked it is to say nothing. My phobia is a fear of heights, but the guide Elena recommended it very much, and we trusted her.Flying at an altitude of 800 meters and a lot of balloons in the air is an incredible sight and not scary at all, not scary! On the evening of the first day, we went out into the sunset to a beautiful place with interesting locations (I definitely recommend who is an instagrammer), Elena suggested how to take photos correctly and interestingly. Moreover, throughout the tour, Elena offered her help in photography in different places of Cappadocia. In two days, our international group became friends and on the second day it seemed that we had known each other for a very long time. And during these two days, we had a highly professional driver, Mehmed (and there should have been two drivers, but since the second one got sick, Mehmed drove alone all day long)! Comfortable driving, without schumacher, a comfortable bus with air conditioning, and this driver initially endeared himself in terms of the fact that you can ride with him calmly and not be afraid! We have already returned from vacation, and emotions are still overwhelming. I RECOMMEND IT!!! The guide Elena and the driver Mehmed - you are the best! The Pacho Tour company! Thank you so much for making my dream come true☺️☺️☺️

Hello! In early October 2024, my wife and I went on a two-day excursion to Cappadocia with this company. At the same time, we took a tour at another travel agency in advance and it cost 6a $ 50 per person. And they have a direct price of 60. Well, the tour itself is described according to the program by the two previous speakers. I'll add it on my own. In principle, it's not bad. The bus is quite comfortable. The Azerbaijani guide Ruslan is fine as an organizer. I told general information mainly so that I could ask questions. On nutrition on the way. There's a buffet for three. They give you water. The hotel also has a buffet, you can also eat. And breakfast is there too. The room is normal. They feed the complex back, it was delicious there. Lunches are $15 each. We flew a balloon at a small location. 350 dollars each, 700 for two. The professionalism of the ball's team is felt. A basket for 16 passengers. We liked it. The height is 1100 meters. The flight time is 30 minutes. A hoodie is enough for clothes. Once is enough to make an impression. I liked the mountainous nature along the way. There are some villages in the mountains everywhere. It is tedious while you are being collected by hotels and then bred. We were brought to the hotel in Kemer at 23. Well, we had a late dinner until 24. In general, I recommend it. For us, the price and quality correspond. Thanks

Pamukkale and Lake Salda from Alanya from the travel agency Minister Tours Support2.
I didn't make a mistake with the bookmarks in the reviews. It was from this tourist bureau that the tour was arranged . In order: I wrote a request for a tour through the travel agency's website and a manager named Roman answered me. He sent me a link with the tour program . I'm broadcasting it to you below :
https://www.ministertours.com/ru /
then I asked for clarification on the tour program
BELOW IS THE FULL TOUR PROGRAM . THE COST is $ 35 without meals and $ 65 with full board. We were on this tour with a 13-year-old teenager and decided that we needed a food tour. Oh, how wrong we were at that moment.
Departure of tourists from the hotel
The first stop for breakfast is a buffet
A visit to the “Turkish Maldives” - Salda salt lake, familiarization with its history.
Pause for swimming in the turquoise waters of the unique lake.
Departure from the territory of the national park.
Stop for lunch in the style of national Turkish cuisine in the city of Denizli.
Visit the ancient ruins of Pamukkale and the springs, which are famous for their healing waters.
Guided tours with a Russian-speaking guide (Hierapolis, amphitheater, the largest ancient necropolis)
Free time for swimming in Cleopatra's pool (at the personal discretion of the clients) and taking pictures.
Departure from the territory of the Pamukkale cotton Terraces
Stop for a buffet dinner at a local restaurant.
Completion of the tour of Lake Salda and Pamukale from Alanya and return to the city.
Arrival at the hotels.
And that was really the case :
At exactly 4 a.m. , a bus arrived for us and a young man , who did not give his name , checked our voucher for the tour and escorted us to the bus . On the way to the bus, it was explained to us that Russian-speaking tourists take seats in the back of the bus. Seats at the beginning of the bus for non-Russian citizens....A strange gradation, why not the other way around ?????
The gathering of tourists at the hotels took about an hour and a half, plus the road to Lake Salda .in total, the whole trip is at 6 o'clock.
The bus was quiet. No guide , no tour guide ....no one who would somehow explain to us where we are going , what is the plan for the day ...utter silence . Surprised !
Well , we got to the lake at 10 with kopecks , breakfast was waiting for us there . The breakfast food included vegetables, boiled egg, French fries , cheese and butter ....There was no coffee . I noted to myself that it would be possible not to take food , because for $ 10 it would be enough to buy decent coffee and a bun in a nearby cafe .
we return to the stated program from the tour.the bureau . "...familiarization with its ( meaning Lake Salda ) history .Pause for swimming in the turquoise waters of the unique lake "no bathing , no history 😡1 hour of time to eat , take a photo of the lake , stretch your legs ....and then there was some kind of Onyx factory .
We didn't plan it and this stop took 40 minutes to "eat up". We 're moving on ...there is no guide, there is an accompanying Alex . It is he who explains to us that he has nothing to do with the agency Minister Tours Support2 .That's the news!!!! He further explained that the whole bus goes where it is needed and announces to us the cost of entrance tickets to the Cleopatra pool of 15 Euros,
how so???? It was promised $ 10 for admission... Alex told us again that the prices have changed and there is no such thing anymore. In General, 15 Euros (ALREADY !) .
I won't bore you with a retelling of our dialogue, we bought the tickets ourselves for 10S at the box office. It seems to be a nuance ... but the sediment remained . But that's not all 🤣
I quote the announced tour ...."An excursion with a Russian-speaking guide ...."
And so it was in truth: Alex-"I'll show you where and what .... and then yourself!!!! "
To Hierapolis , the amphitheater , cotton mountain , swimming in Cleapatra's pool ... 3 hours of time for self - study .
And then there was a wine and candy stop.... another presentation of wonderful fruit and berry wines for $ 22.
Oh, yes....I forgot about lunch and dinner . We also bought full board . Below I will post a photo of the dinner and a photo of the "restaurant" where we had dinner.
Now I am writing the result of this event: the road takes 15 hours , the tourist program takes 4 hours . The results of the trip : knowledge of the unique tour products of Turkey is zero, the son ( 13 years old ) returned with a fever, lost two days of vacation.
It 's up to you to draw conclusions .

With the Pacho Tour company, I went with a friend in a comfortable large bus on an excursion to Cappadocia for two days on August 8-9, 2022. Previously, I visited different countries and promotional tours for tourism employees with professional guides (so there is something to compare it with).
And in Turkey I went on only seven excursions and I can say that I really liked the organization of the trip with a licensed guide Elena. She distinguished herself among other guides with a high professional level, a sense of humor, her openness and warmth, and responsiveness towards all tourists. It was obvious that she was working with her soul and conscience, showing care and attention, trying to make the trip go perfectly!
We all got to know each other by name and received answers to all the questions that arose. The upcoming exits from the bus to stops and destinations were announced in advance, so we had time to prepare and take the necessary things with us. Which of the tourists stayed late, sang songs after returning: so the trip was fun and exciting.
Charismatic Elena talked very interestingly about historical events in Turkey, existing traditions, Turkish mentality, as well as about the modern way of life of the family, the relationship between a man and a woman, Islam, Turkish life and real estate, the education system in Turkey. She gave interesting examples from her own life experience of living in Turkey.
In addition, the group was very international: there were tourists from Hungary, Romania, Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and other countries. Our guide found a common language with everyone and voiced information in two languages – Russian and English. And those who did not know these languages were able to explain themselves in German.
The tour turned out to be very eventful: in addition to the planned attractions, by the evening of the first day we were offered to attend a laser show or take a quad bike ride, after which we could meet the sunset on one of the picturesque mountain peaks of the Cappadocian slopes. It was unforgettable! And in the morning we enjoyed flying balloons, and those who did not fly visited the observation deck with a panorama.
We felt safe throughout the tour. We had two drivers with us – they were polite, they treated us to tea. The Signature Garden Avanos Hotel & Spa, where we were accommodated for one night, turned out to be at a decent level: dinner and breakfast, room service. The room even has slippers, tea and coffee, water, kettle, and toiletries.
My friend and I were very pleased with the trip, and we plan to definitely go with the Pacho Tour to other exciting excursions in Turkey in the future! And we will recommend such trips to our friends and acquaintances.

We had a wonderful trip to Cappadocia, three times cheaper than what was offered at the hotel, but the deal is not about money. Elena supergid led the tour in two languages, which gave me and my family the opportunity to refresh (refresh) my pathetic English during the wartime. Super panorama in the evening on skalph (which was not warned at the time of sale, but it's wonderful I'll post a photo, it's not clear what the panorama is at night) well, its wire of the suffering people on the special trail during the parade of balls is beyond praise.And when Elena could have given up on everything and rest, because the program is exhausted for another 2 hours, she talks about the current state of byat affairs in Turkey from gasification to divorce, which prompted many Russians to move to Turkey, it's a pity about laziness no one will learn the language and will be sad in Mukhosransk. In short, thanks again for a magical vacation and the realization of a dream without problems

We went on 28.10.2022. on a two-day tour to Cappadocia with Elena's guide. The trip was unforgettable, the impressions will remain for a lifetime. Elena is a guide from God! The journey time passed unnoticed, thanks to the fascinating stories, we learned a lot of new things.
Catering and overnight accommodation at the proper level.
Thanks to the company and, of course, to our guide Elena for a wonderful time. Sincerely, guests from St. Petersburg Tatiana and Yuri.

Hello again. Today we went to Pamukkale and Salda. The drivers made a freezer out of the bus. There are elderly people, small children and an infant on the bus. When they said that it was cold, he raised the temperature and it became as much as 10 degrees on the bus (as it says on the scoreboard), he had to speak again, he did not even add and it became as much as 20 degrees) an elderly woman is traveling with me, she is ill, her vacation is ruined. By the way, it's cold on the bus again, I'll probably start swearing, by the way, he coughs himself.

We went to Cappadocia. I am very sorry that we contacted this company, which seems to be in complete confusion and disregard for tourists. It's a long trip, but it turned out to be even longer for us, because In the morning we waited 1.5 hours for a company that was mistakenly given the wrong time, and the tour starts from our hotel at 2-30! Then the bus broke down and we spent another 2 hours sunbathing in an open field. On the way back, after a tedious long trip at 8 o'clock, we were additionally rolled around Antalya for 2, 5 hours, taking everyone home, and then the last of us to Kemer. Such a bully has not yet been met in any company. The conclusion is that the company is not interested in positive reviews, it is only interested in short-term benefits.

We bought a ticket to Cappadocia near the hotel. The tour included a bus that takes us to Goreme there and back, overnight accommodation in a hotel including dinner and breakfast. On the way, we stopped in the mountains at some kind of canteen store, then into caves inhabited by ancient Khetas and a couple more places. By and large, nothing special. Our main goal was to fly in a hot air balloon. And now I'll tell you why I gave this office a 1-star rating.
Knowing that there are always a lot of people who want to fly to Cappadocia, they should be booked in advance. I found the website of one of the companies that deals with balloon flights and booked 2 seats. For $ 70 per person. Without prepayment.
The tour was led by a woman of 40+ years old. Dark hair, Russian-speaking. She introduced herself as Elena. Perhaps this creature's name is different. So while driving to Cappadocia, she started asking everyone who wants to fly a balloon. And that she can arrange everything if we buy from her. $120 per person, do you feel the difference? She began to make arguments that her flight would take place on a "legal" balloon. And all those who bought on the side will fly on illegal ones. That the illegals fly out later and that they return to the hotel later, but she is not going to wait for ANYONE. As a result, almost everyone rushed to buy from her. And there were 10 of us who were going to fly with other companies, she started campaigning to buy a balloon tour from her. They say she will sell at the same price for what we took, but so that we remain silent. When she was refused, threats and hints began that we would have problems during the trip and we would end up not flying with anyone.
It went on like this all the way. She began to scare us that we would not be checked into a hotel, that we would pay for everything ourselves, that we were violating the law, which she poked in our face with some piece of paper with an incomprehensible scanned seal. But we did not succumb to provocations. Although people were very nervous and worried.
As a result, when we arrived at the hotel, she just dumped us all. Check in as you wish. Don't expect any help from me. But in the end we checked in anyway, as it was of course included in the price of the tour in advance. As a result, 6 people couldn't stand it and decided to buy from her. They paid the money and what was their surprise when they were told by a man that there were no more seats and returned the money to them, who was sitting at the hotel in the office of the balloon company. The guide Elena sarcastically laughed at them. Figure it out for yourself now I've offered.
But the company we booked with did not refuse us. As a result, all 10 people left safely before everyone else and had a wonderful flight. We returned to the hotel before everyone else and sat down to breakfast. At this time, the rest of our group returned and the guide Elena, seeing our satisfied faces quietly without warning, without giving anyone breakfast to those who were with her, loaded onto the bus and decided to leave without us. Murat, if you're reading this, thank you very much. A guy from our company noticed that this Elena was trying to leave us and leave without us. He alerted us. We were running and packing up on the move. By coincidence, the bus was delayed at the checkpoint at the hotel and we barely managed to jump on the bus.
After getting on the bus, we had a lot of unpleasant questions for this Elena. When this bastard realized that we were determined, he started scaring us that he would call the police and drop us off. You're not going anywhere. The other passengers couldn't stand it anymore. They expressed dissatisfaction that she didn't even give them breakfast, pushed them onto the bus and tried to leave without us. As a result, Elena shut up and did not open her mouth until the end of the journey. Oh yes, as soon as we drove away from the hotel, eventually after 200 meters we stopped to wait for a couple from Norway. All the way, Elena courted them and we waited 30 minutes with the whole bus for an individual transfer to bring them. It turns out that she was not in such a hurry!!!
In the end, what can I say. In addition to all the inconveniences that this guide Elena tried to create for us, she was absolutely not interested in telling the history of Turkey, the history of monuments and attractions. Doesn't know anything from the word at all. Everything is superficial. A person who is only interested in profit should not be allowed to work with people. If it wasn't for this guide Elena, our trip to Cappadocia would have been perfect.
Pacho tour is a very dubious tour company. I do not recommend it to anyone! A girl from our group tried to contact them and wrote them on Whatsapp the whole situation and the lawlessness of this Elena, as a result, they began to cover for her and did not help us in any way. So they're in this together!!! That's it!
Greetings to the guys from Ukraine, Kazakhstan and the Komi Republic. Together we have defeated everyone.

It's strange that everything here is so blissful in the reviews. We took a tour through insta from a Russian guy. Initially, I didn't know about any Pacho tours, I thought it was an enterprising Russian who leads excursions.
We took Lake Salda+Pamukkale. According to the program, the tour is from 6.00 to 20.00.
And as a result, they called at 5.30 and said let's hurry up, we are waiting for you. We came because we had breakfast, but the family from our hotel came at 6.00. We waited for them for 30 minutes and it's not their fault.
Then we picked up people from 5 more hotels, and we also stood at one for 30 minutes.
After that, we were taken to a Shell gas station and asked to transfer to another bus. There were 44 people on the bus, all of them, of course, without masks.
Then there was a long journey with two guides, at first a woman spoke broken English, although there were 5 English-speaking people on the bus, and then a guy of Kazakh origin dubbed us in Russian.
On the way to the lake, we were taken for breakfast, which was included only for 2, the rest were offered to buy it for $ 10 or have lunch packages from hotels. Then they brought us to the wine tasting, to some kind of barrack, covered with carpets from the inside, where they tried to sell fruit and berry wines for $ 22 per bottle. And a little later we were taken for lunch to some not very clean place with "extra-paid" drinks. The drinks were so extra that a glass of juice cost $3, versus $1, on the same degassing.
We arrived at Salda only at 11.20 a.m. We were given 40 minutes to take pictures.
Then we drove for a very long time again, listening to the guide's stories, where he told us that Cleopatra was a myth, he called the Agora Angora, and Fethiye – Fehtiye. The guide did not tell anything about Salda, Hierapolis, Cleopatra's baths, or travertines.
Upon arrival at the place at 15.30, the guide waved us towards the amphitheater, and he went to the baths of Cleopatra, having collected 10 dollars in advance from those who wanted to swim in them.
We drove back in complete silence, the guide told his colleague to ask all the questions, and he would keep an eye on the road and the driver, who was very tired. From 17.30 to 23.10 we drove back, with a break for dinner in the same unsanitary institution with very homemade food.
It's good that the people on the tour were cheerful and optimistic, Googled everything and told themselves.
