I made an order at your cafe via Yandex, and last time everything was fine. Today I decided to order through the app - and this is a disappointment.
In order. I placed a pre-order for 12:00 and immediately paid for it. I was expecting an order by the agreed time of +/-15min.
There is no order at 12:20 and no one called. I called myself. I was told that the delivery was delayed due to weather conditions and is now being transferred to the courier and will arrive in 15 minutes. To my question "why wasn't I notified", they said that the courier didn't warn me...which is strange because from the context, I realized that the courier did not even receive my order.
But the story doesn't end here.
The courier called at 12:42 and asked where to find me. As it turned out, she arrived earlier and called and tried to give my order to another person because she did not have my number listed, but the number of my colleague who, by chance, also placed an order today at the same address and received the order on time. This is a very strange situation and the courier's excuse, considering that my number was indicated on the receipt.
As a result, a very unpleasant impression was left. Lunch time is limited and because of this approach, I had to disrupt all my plans.
I'm not sure I want to use their services anymore.

They tried to give the institution a second chance. Don't set foot here anymore. The waiting time for the order is more than half an hour with zero workload, as well as at the first visit. The first time, the orders were simply mixed up. The dishes are too salty, the employee suggested forks instead of spoons for the soup. A tray with an emerging order with an open meal stands right at the checkout, over which other customers of the "restaurant" place their order.
Customer orientation? No, you haven't heard.
I also doubt that all sanitary norms and rules are being observed. If nerves and health are important to you, stay at home.
I liked the toilet in the shopping center much more after the establishment, I recommend you to visit!

On 30.05.2024, we ordered 4 noodles and 2 soups in this institution.
One of the portions was ordered with Peking duck, after confirming the order, the manager called and said that there was no duck, and it was said "then cancel the order", to which the manager replied that she would look at another point, and there the duck turned out to be.
After an hour, the courier arrived, after opening the package, the chopsticks were not reported, the soup appliances were missing, and the noodles with duck turned out to be not with her at all, but with chicken, the second situation is that of the declared 40-50 grams of chicken in noodles per serving, each turned out to have about 2-4 pieces of chicken, I attach a photo, which in the best cases have a weight of 10-15 grams.
The delivery number was unavailable, and I had to call through the main office of this institution, where they explained that there was no duck and it was replaced with chicken, and next time, when ordering a portion of noodles with duck, it would be free, we would no longer order in this institution, the girl asked a question, but what would you do shifting the decisions not to the cafe, but to the customer. And when asked to bring an order or return all the money for the order, the manager of this institution began to explain that the meat is fried, people confuse the egg with the chicken and so on.
I do not recommend this place.

Only the second time they changed the noodles, with a complete misunderstanding of how the dish is prepared, it would probably be normal for her to eat it.
In the photo of noodles, you can see a burnt onion, which, for some reason, was put in a dish, knowing that it was burnt.
