The center is open from 11, but at 11 all pavilions are closed. And only by about 11:30 - 11:40 the pavements open. This is disrespectful to their customers, who are not very many anyway. I just lost 40 minutes of my time. The choice is not particularly large, half a row was closed for the "3 prices" store. Prices in some pavilions are completely inadequate, in some they are quite affordable. I'm unlikely to go there again.
