I contacted the company after an accident in order to repair it at the expense of insurance (regular CTP insurance). The car was accepted quickly, disassembled a couple of days later. My task was to schedule an additional inspection through the insurance company and come to sign the inspection report (for those who do not want to travel, you can write a power of attorney). I arrived, signed, discussed the terms — they called 4 weeks. I agreed to 5. As a result, 6 came out, and some of the original application was forgotten (force majeure, etc.). The process of selecting spare parts was completely taken over, which is undoubtedly a plus. During the repair process, I came after straightening, slipway (before painting), etc. to see the intermediate result. I noticed one nuance, which was later corrected. According to the painting at the time of assembly, it seemed that they did not get into the color, but after washing everything became fine. I can't say anything about the quality of the repair, since the internal cavities were damaged (time will tell), but the quality of the painting, in my opinion, is good. There were nuances with communication — they did not always answer in Viber, but they always answered the call. After the issue, they gave documents on the basis of which the insurance company fully reimbursed the money for the repair.
Pros: quality, the process of selecting spare parts takes place without your participation, they are able to work with insurance companies. Cons: they don't always respond in Viber, they don't meet deadlines a little (probably everywhere and always), well, they forgot to do some things (they finished later). In general, I will advise you to contact here and I will hope that the disadvantages I have mentioned will not be repeated.

Over the past 5 years, there have been 3 accidents, I was serviced in different service stations and was dissatisfied with the results. I applied here for the last time.
We did everything perfectly, the insurance company paid a penny for a penny. It turned out better than it was!
The head Dmitry is a polite, responsible and very pleasant person. I was always in touch, after receiving the car, I showed attention to the payment of insurance and the results of work. Yes, the terms are long, they were given two weeks later than originally agreed, but after receiving the car and payments, all questions disappeared by themselves.

I am more than satisfied with the result! Firstly, the Paint Service took up the job, which of the several other service stations that I applied to at first - I was sent that "retro")) they are not engaged. It's sad that my B5 passat falls into this category, but nevertheless it must be done. Of the other HUNDRED, I was "sent", with the wording: "we don't deal with insurance cases," and I have my whole face stuck inside and out. It seems that the insurance company also gives money... and the shaft of spare parts is a people's car, but no one wants to do it. And then the Paint Service is discovered. Which did not just take on, but 1) carefully approached the selection of spare parts, competently, without overpayments, everything is sensible. 2) the elements are painted in a way that this passat did not have from the factory, 3) everything is hooked, fixed, and believe me, knowing how hard it is for VW - I admire the work done, 4) bonus from the company - the rusty stuck hinges on the passenger door were repaired (absolutely a bonus, nowhere in the there were no documents about the work done or my requests to do so). To say that I'm happy. Yes, in general! And the documents for the insurance company are all drawn up correctly. I recommend it!

We did everything on time, efficiently and beautifully, there were no questions, the headlights were varnished as a gift because they were already tired. I will say for myself that the guys did it cheaper than all of whom I called, there are no questions about the quality, they have already painted the 3rd car, it is impossible to distinguish from a new one. The price/speed /quality is on the level! Most of all, I liked that when there was a small mint, I did not have to paint all the elements entirely, but they were made as new and could not be distinguished, and for that it was 20-30% cheaper than the market. unfortunately, there are no photos immediately after the acceptance of the car from these mountaineers.let's start, they promised a month about the deadlines, 4 have passed, the quality of the work, this is something, the painting itself is normal, there are no questions, BUT how they carried out the bodywork is a masterpiece, the gaps do not dance, many details are lost, not fully assembled,the windshield is glued so that the convertible does not need the wind from all holes whistles (about I don't say anything at all) the condition of the car after repair is almost worse than the draw of it, as they wrote above, they were forced to run after each nut with a bolt and clips (they didn't send it well for sandpaper)I am still raking out the consequences of their repair, of course I have not seen a more terrible attitude towards customers, And Dmitry, about whom they write that he is calm and polite, YES CALM, but he does not care about the car itself, blames the customer for any remark, some promised items were not repaired, and did not try, in general of course, the disgusting sensations remained after the repair, in fact, I received a "semi-finished product" for a lot of money and most importantly I had the audacity to give it away in this form, but the painting itself is not bad and the color selection, but it's no use if the whole car is crooked ((((( in general, I do not know who is satisfied here, I do NOT ADVISE if complex repairs then bypass by the way, if you just paint it, you can go to xati, well, at prices like everyone else's, it's not cheap and it's not sky-high

Stretched 3.5 only because of the quality of the coloring itself. I applied for an insured event . Perhaps if you had applied privately, everything would have been different . I was surprised by the pricing . I now understand why we have adopted a number of laws and clarifications on payments from the insurance company. In fact, painting the bumper and the light slipway cost me 2,403rubles , then I was in a.....I can 't tell you that . The price is not announced until the end of the repair . Even an approximate one . Let's be objective, the price is a horse and not as it cannot be justified! It's just a brazen divorce. In fact , in my opinion , at the absolute majority of body stations , the 1,600rubles paid for the eyes would be enough for me ! But the question is not even about the cost, since there is money. So even when agreeing on the terms of repair , a week was announced first . Then, during the inspection , they said 14 days maximum - the slipway is occupied . In fact, after 2 weeks it turned out that no one even approached her! I don't really understand such a service. Well, all right. In short, they fooled their heads for a month ! In fact , the bumper itself was painted well 👌 The paint was picked up at the joint - the color is very complex ! They wanted to paint with the transition to the wing, but I was categorically against it - the car was in the factory color. The bumper itself was put up crookedly , they promised to fix it for free at any time . Summary, just based on my opinion - I would paint the car again here - rather yes than no, but only if the price was agreed in advance! And no less important for me personally is the time spent. His- for some reason, this service will easily be fucked up without apologizing! By the way, the director, unlike the manager, does not care who called what deadlines there . In general, I would recommend tightening up the client - service interaction and everything will be fine. 👍

I left the car, did the analysis, called the insurer again, everything was decided by myself and without my personal presence. They did it longer than I expected, but I attribute this to a delay in spare parts. Of the moments I did not like, they did not announce the cost of repairs until the last, perhaps because this is an insurance case. The insurance company paid out less money than they counted, the guys prepared documents for the insurance company and the insurance company paid extra as a result. There are no complaints about the quality of work, they gave a guarantee. There will be problems ... I will turn to them again! I'm putting a strong 4. There is something to work on. The quality of the work is such that a lot had to be redone. Deadlines are not met, from the word at all, that it is possible to make several cars during this time, than to restore a minimally damaged car from them. The painting is double-sided in the photo, there was not enough varnish)))) It's good that at least they got into the color. In general, no one carried out the defect normally, we constantly had to go and look for missing parts at their call. Also, on the day of receiving the bumper, they looked like in the photo))) Shame on you, even the guys were too lazy to erase the marker labels from the windshield!!! The price tag is cosmic. I don't recommend it
UPD: I am responsible for the Paint Service. 1) There was no point in contacting you again, namely for the following reasons: they could not make an exhaust, although, as they claimed, a green service (your friends, from the words) could solve it across the street, but the car stood for a week and when they called, they began hurriedly trying to solve this service. But they could not eliminate, as a result, I decided on my own from professional specialists. It's trivial that the wire was not connected to the flap, I turned to professional specialists and the time was 10 times faster 😅 I looked through all the ads of x3, for the sake of interest, on a well-known online car sales site where there is a photo of the hood ( Europe and the USA ) and also a well-known site for the sale of used and new spare parts, but nowhere I found such an "original" hood painting
And also about the sink. A polishing service was offered only. I think we were counting on the fact that they would give us unpolished bumpers and I would agree to polishing because of this

They do their job efficiently and quickly. At the inspection stage, they tell and explain all the upcoming work and make an assessment. They always meet deadlines and, moreover, do it even earlier than stated, which is very rare nowadays. The quality of painting work is always on top, even if the issue concerns specific colors that are difficult to select.

I didn't specifically write a review in hot pursuit to be objective. I applied to the service station for a full body dousing on June 6. The director, after examining the car, named the approximate cost and the deadline for completing the work - a month.
There were questions about the rear arches, it was necessary to digest. Since they do not do welding at the service station, it was said that this is done by a contractor with whom they have been cooperating for a very long time. Dmitry made an advance payment of 50% of the repair cost, explaining that I insist on the cost in Belarusian rubles. Okay, no question. Dmitry also said that they would order wings and a replacement door on their own. In total, 3 weeks after I gave the car away, only the arches were digested. And here, attention, a car with bare arches, plastered with spray paint or primer on top, was standing on the street without shelter. In the rain. Trying to find out from Dmitry what is happening and when the car will be taken for repair, I heard excuses that we are about to take it, and the metal is very well protected on the arches. A week later, my nerves gave out and I asked for the advance payment back, because I didn't want to paint it there. I was asked to paint the car in 10 days (let me remind you, nothing was done except removing the bumpers, fenders, headlights and thresholds). You know what kind of quality would be waiting for me at the exit. As a result, after the car was assembled, it turned out that the bumper and arches did not dance at all, the gaps were a wave (see photo). And that's the kind of car they would have painted for me, no one would have digested the arches. And yes, when I picked up the car, the corrosion on the arches came out. How long would it take to get out from above after painting is a rhetorical question. Another moment - Dmitry wanted to make about 100 CU on spare parts - I was lucky that the wings did not fit, and when I found out the cost of the door on the truck, I decided not to take it away, but to purchase it myself. I readily believe that no one does anything for free, but such things and the cost of services provided must be covered in advance. For some reason, it seemed that this amount was included in the final cost of the work. If you want to paint your car without welding, it may be worth trying, but if welding is needed, definitely not, because your car will then rust on the street for a long time until the craftsmen get their hands on it. Well, or a queue.
