The hotel staff are friendly and helpful , if the hotel's rating was based solely on this, then 5 out of 5. now to + and - : + : excellent location of the hotel , everything is close, it is convenient to get to any part of Beograd, reading the bed and good mattresses , there are rooms for non-smokers, good breakfasts that's all, now k - : In the floor of the bathrooms (they are toilet rooms, the bathroom is combined , I don't know if all the rooms , but two of which I was in were like this) there are drain pipes, they have a very unpleasant smell, there are leaks in one of the rooms (the facade probably leaks) There is an old renovation under the ceiling. If I return from this hotel, it will be exceptional because of the excellent staff and the location of the hotel.
