The store's assortment is not bad and relatively not expensive. But the staff doesn't limp much. I came to the store to buy a carpet. It is almost impossible to find a consultant there. That is, it is possible, but they pretend that everyone is busy, although there are a couple of customers in the store. When I had definitely already selected the product, I stood and waited for the consultant to come up. A consultant named Yuri, passing by, said that go find yourself a consultant or go to the cashier to say that you want to buy. That's just what I don't understand, then why do you need consultants if you make your own choice, and you only need a consultant to cut it off and pack it. They would have left one seller at the checkout and you don't need so many consultants there to run after them and persuade them to sell you the goods. After all, a passing consultant could have called colleagues to serve me. But he never did. Once again, the store itself is good both in quality and price. But only the store's management needs to pay attention to their employees how they work.

It feels like they are doing you a great favor by condescending with their highest attention to your minor everyday problems. At the same time, there were no questions, it was just necessary to make a purchase. But even here it was not immediately possible to find a free employee. Consultants just pretend not to notice you) yes, even if you are communicating with customers, you can just tell them how long you need to wait and when you can approach. These are the basics of working with clients, guys. But apparently, the store is doing exceptionally well, since this attitude is towards customers.
The delivery at the store is beyond criticism: it was said that a certain Dima simply does not pick up the phone today. On the offer to try to get through, the answer was that he would not take the phone anyway, since it was today, Saturday, that he took the car to the service. A great move, Dima-to repair the car on Saturday-when there are the most visitors in the store) At the same time, the store did not offer any alternative delivery options, showing in every possible way with sad faces of consultants that in general it does not matter whether you buy from them or not. Well, is it really difficult to have 3-4 alternative delivery phones at hand? No, it's not...
The store director has a separate respect for the organization of trading processes: both the work of consultants and delivery. Although, perhaps, the director is exactly Dima)
PS we still bought the unfortunate piece of linoleum (simply because we found the deliverer ourselves), but I will not go to this store anymore and I categorically will not advise anyone.
