Parking is difficult, but it can be solved. 3 stars only for the untidy moment when I came to work and found that the elevators were not working, the entrance was covered with dark curtains and I had to climb the stairs from the back entrance. The guests arrived, and all the tenants were sent up the stairs. And the second point is that you won't get to the office on Sundays, even if you need it urgently or you forgot something.

Excellent management - the management company is just top!!! For a long time we rented an office in this business center, excellent location (near 9 polyclinic, financial center, bus stops, shops, cafes, restaurants, gym, bank, pharmacy, etc.), wonderful cafes and coffee shops, there is a bank branch inside, good people work, inside is clean, bright, good repair. Хорошее месторасположение, красивый фасад. Проблема с парковочным местом, и проезжей частью. Вот бы дорогу у БЦ сделать односторонней, в связи с заторами, практически в любое время рабочего дня.
