I was at the Palitra salon for a haircut. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the impression of the service remains ambiguous.
The master has a lot of experience, but her methods seemed outdated to me: the handling of the hair was rough (for example, severe drying with a hair dryer and subsequent difficult combing). Some topics in the conversation (like advice on rituals) distracted from the process and looked unprofessional.
Unfortunately, the result of the haircut did not match my expectations, it does not look critical on long hair, but still I am a little disappointed. It's probably a matter of style differences — I wanted a more modern approach, but the master followed different techniques.
For those who appreciate classical methods, the salon may be suitable, but personally I prefer other places.

The service is at a high level! I go to the Palette for manicure, pedicure, hair care, I am always happy with the result. A very pleasant, cozy atmosphere in the salon, tea/coffee is always offered. Thank you for your hard work!
