The store is just great in itself, but the attitude of some guards who allow themselves a lot. We go there regularly to shop at home and use the self-service checkout, it's not very convenient when people look into the package directly and stand in the corner. A similar situation happened today, and even though we were used to it, however, the receipt was jammed at the checkout, but it was clear that the payment had been made, the man stopped us and waited for the radio to confirm the payment. The situation is just ridiculous, who do some guards imagine themselves to be, 007 agents?)))) It's very unpleasant in general when you don't do anything, but they treat you like a criminal and still catch up as if you stole something, I hope it will improve over time

The question is, why the fuck were those two standing behind your back, why would security suddenly rummage through your purchases without explanation, not sorry, not what, they just detain you first, then leave in silence, and at that time you're standing and running around, I'm going to change the store, such an attitude towards regular customers, this is nonsense!fu-fu-Ugh
