A good hotel, the room has everything you need - a kettle, tea, sugar, water, bathrobe, disposable slippers, shampoo, shower gel. The cleaning is normal. The staff is good-natured, there are several people who speak Russian well. The owners are very hospitable. It is better to take a room with a sea view. For those who travel by car, there is a private parking. It was very important for us. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but you can get by Yandex taxi in 5-10 minutes, it costs 10-12 GEL. I recommend the hotel.

Отличный компактный отель на 1 линии в тихом месте. Через дорогу- набережная и галечный пляж. Пешеходный переход рядом, движение по дороге спокойное. Остановка автобуса в 30 метрах. Номера чистые, мебель и сантехника в идеальном состоянии. Всё понравилось.

She sat quietly at the reception of the hotel, did not bother anyone. The manager came up, started talking rudely and in raised tones, demanded that I leave. When I tried to explain myself calmly, she said: "This is my house, and I decide who will sit here." I am shocked by this level of “service”. No hospitality, just aggression and rudeness. Absolutely unacceptable behavior for the hotel staff. An aggressive, ill-mannered woman definitely doesn't want to go back there after that. I don't recommend it to anyone.
