A great hotel, even if it's three stars! The staff is neat and polite. The linen is clean. Breakfasts are normal, considering that they are prepared for a large number of residents. Here are the problems with boiling water - it is only in the coffee machine and to make tea you need to stand in line from coffee drinkers. There is parking, but it is expensive. There are a lot of shops in the lobby and immediately access to the sea and the beach. The views from the balcony are fascinating - the ocean and the mountains....

Oh, Tenerife.... A fairy tale! We have been 2 times, both stayed at this hotel.. We needed the ocean, the sand, and that was it... everyone was happy-my husband and I, and our children.. The hotel was already in need of renovation at that time. The elevator stopped periodically. Very noisy young people arriving for the weekend from mainland Spain.. 100+ meals, entertainment every evening, flamenco, excursions,water attractions, The most wonderful thing is the purest black beach, a view of the volcano from the room window, an entertainment center nearby ... eh, Tenerife...

We were a family in 2019. We booked through booking. The first trouble awaited upon check-in. It turned out that they stopped cooperating with them. Accordingly, we were offered to pay for the accommodation again, and then make a refund at the booking office. The hotel itself is old. The numbers need to be updated. The only advantage is the location. There is a nice beach nearby.
