We had a rest from 07/27 to 08/04/2025. There were 3 adults and children (2 rooms). The rooms are large, with a double bed and a sofa. There is air conditioning in the room, refrigerator, mugs, mosquito nets on the windows, curtains), towels for feet, face and bath towels, beach towels are provided on request, garbage bags, toilet paper in the room, but if it runs out, they are provided. After 4 days, they asked me to clean up the room, change all the towels and bed linen-everything was done. It all depends on what purpose you are going for, to find fault and sit in the room or enjoy nature, beaches and the sea!!! Breakfast was included in the price- very satisfying and delicious! There are 3 types of porridge or omelet to choose from./scrambled eggs, 2 space pancakes, pancakes stuffed with cottage cheese and cheesecakes, sour cream, jam, condensed milk to choose from, also sliced sausage and cheese + butter and 2 delicious tortillas, tea/coffee. Lunches and dinners are also delicious, the portions are large, the price tag is average like all cafes there, the main thing is delicious and without consequences))!!! The music from the neighboring cafe does not interfere, we can say that there is one music for 2 cafes, but if you want to sit in silence, go to the sea, but there is also music from the cafe on the beach. You can close the window in the room, turn on the air conditioner - it will be quiet and cool)) There were times when the lights and water were turned off, but this was all over Pitsunda and Abkhazia as a whole, different lines were turned off. (subscribed to gr in the cart, they wrote about it there). The staff is polite and sociable. I recommend the Palma Hotel for relaxation!!! And a HUGE plus is that the sea is 2 minutes away!

We stayed at the Palma Hotel from June 21 to July 01, 2025. We were vacationing with a child with a disability. The child uses a wheelchair, so we took a room on the ground floor. We really liked everything. The rooms are clean, they are cleaned on demand, the hotel is well maintained, cozy, the staff is very friendly, any of our requests were immediately fulfilled, the pool is great, the service in the cafe is excellent, the food is varied and very tasty, the cafe is open from early morning to late evening, the hotel is quiet at night, excellent sleep, the air conditioners are working, the beach and shops are within walking distance. The sea is clean, there are always free sun beds, the beach is cleaned. Nearby there is a pine grove, a great place for walking. There is a transport stop in front of the hotel. Both the child and I were very satisfied, even considering our special needs. We recommend it to all our family and friends.

We stayed at this hotel from June 16 to June 27, 2025. I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service, friendliness and hospitality. The territory is well-maintained, a beautiful swimming pool, the rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need. I would especially like to mention home cooking, it's not just delicious, but amazingly delicious. Always freshly prepared dishes for every taste. Good-natured attitude towards the guests. The sea is within walking distance, developed infrastructure nearby. A 15-minute walk away there is a pine grove with relict trees, a beach area and incredibly fresh air. Guided tours for every taste. For fans of karaoke and discos, the Roof of the World is open daily, where every evening you can listen to live music performed by wonderful artists. Mountains, clean air and sea, what else is needed. This is a paradise! After such a vacation, I want to come here again and again. Thank you to our hospitable hosts!
