We stayed at the Palma Hotel in Gagra from 08/3.25 to 08/21/25. We really liked the hotel! Beauty, silence, cleanliness, all issues are quickly resolved at the reception. We helped with arrival and departure to Sochi airport! Good renovation and furnishing of rooms and recreation areas! Snow-white linen. Towels were changed every day, linen after 3 days. Good and inexpensive food in the dining room, it borders the hotel. Close to shops, restaurants, excursions! The beach with sun beds was used for free at the Chelyuskintsev boarding house. opposite the hotel across the street. The beach has large pebbles, and we need crabs on our feet. The sea was warm and clean! Only Rusalka liked the restaurant, a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The food was good and delicious! In general, I also liked Gagra because you swim and look at the mountains! There is no such thing anywhere! I also enjoyed the delicious ice cream, cheeses and dairy products! We went on excursions ourselves to the Ritsa and New Athos, took a guide with a car. And we bought an excursion to Sochi in Krasnaya Polyana and cable cars on the street, there were singing fountains in the evening. The cable cars are amazing! We will definitely return to this hotel and go to the cable cars again!

From check-in to check-out!!Clean (room cleaning every day) everything is necessary in the room, water (cooler on the floors)I lived on the ground floor with a beautiful view from the window (mountains and the neighboring hotel) The staff (Natalia, Dima) will tell you everything and advise you. The beach area of the Nart and Chelyuskintsev hotels is up to a 5-minute walk. You can eat at the same hotels. Yes!! The railway road is not annoying nearby, in the evening at about 20:00 the last three cars pass and silence, and even then it is not particularly audible

We stayed at this hotel from 08/07/25 to 08/10/25. Excellent hotel. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, you really need to overcome the railway tracks and cross the road, and then through any hotel on the first line you can go to the beach. The room was as in the photo, small and cozy. Special thanks to the administrator Natalia, responsible, attentive and responsive! There is no food in the hotel, we had breakfast in a nearby hotel, the menu can be viewed in the photo. An individual transfer from Sochi Airport can also be arranged at the hotel. I recommend the hotel to stay!
