Pleasant communication, they understand very well the subtleties of hotels that offer, even more, they immediately filter out hotels if the price is too high. We had a case with the transfer of a charter from Kiev (it was a long time ago, yes). They promptly filed a claim and, I assume, took out the brain to everyone they could. As a result, we were refunded an impressive amount of money, although we did not expect anything. All those who were with us at the check-in were refused any kind of compensation by the tour operators, but we have a solid refund. The package of documents is processed efficiently. They consult during the holidays. Only positive emotions.
