February 2024 - check-in date! THIS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE AND RELATIONSHIP FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF THE OWNER-AGENT!!! I do not recommend anyone to contact this owner – agent! I really hope that before choosing a place to stay in Phuket, you will read this review! 1. We arrived in the evening at +-22:00, BUT the owner just stopped picking up the phone and answering messages. 2. All attempts to contact him were in vain, he simply ignored any calls/SMS. As a result, we had to spend the night outside until morning!!! To be honest, after reading reviews on the Internet overnight, we realized that we were far from the first to have such a problem. A few weeks before us, a couple of Russians could not settle in with him at all (read the responses, he just threw them). Thank God that in the morning we managed to reach him through other agents and the hotel administration!! 3. The keys to the room were not left at the reception. We didn't even know our room number (he didn't tell anyone anything). There was no information at all !! 4. By the way - from 21:00 - there is no one at the reception! 5. During the stay, we found many shortcomings, but it makes no sense to list them. Just take my word for it that you wouldn't wish that on an enemy!! From the good: There are three buildings, each building has its own owners, in general, the places are good. But if you take this agent and this owner specifically, he's finished!
