Next , they ordered pilaf , the pilaf was 100% heated in the microwave , dried to the edge ((( next, they ordered national "cheesecakes " , they brought cold ones , asked to redo them , said we would do it now , and in 2 minutes they brought it from the same place , but from the microwave ((( The conclusion is this: I can make delicious and high-quality food, but everywhere they mess up like children ! I hope the owner of the establishment reads the reviews and makes the right decision. ✅

An amazing place in Bishkek is the Pilaf Center If you love pilaf as much as I do, then the Pilaf Center in Bishkek is a must—visit place! Taste: The pilaf here is simply divine! The meat is tender, the rice is fragrant, and the spices are perfectly matched. It feels like it's being prepared with soul and according to traditional recipes. Portions: Very generous! After such a plate, you stay full and satisfied. You can safely order one serving for two if you are not very hungry. 💰 Prices: Affordable, especially considering the quality and portion size. A full meal is inexpensive. Atmosphere: Cozy, clean, friendly staff. There is a feeling that you have come to visit friends, where you will be fed the best pilaf in the city.
