We made a pre-order to have time to eat at lunchtime. Upon arrival, our order was confirmed, but 15 minutes after the waiter was called, it turned out that no one had been handling our order all this time. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. As a result, we were given only the second (a spoonful of cold mashed potatoes spread on a plate) and a salad. The receptionist said something unintelligible, the waitress said that the first one was not in the volume that we needed. In short, an hour of waiting was wasted, let's go to lunch somewhere else.
