I ordered a monument to my parents, there was a desire to preserve the old obelisk. Dmitry went to the cemetery, helped with the selection of materials, created a beautiful layout, and at the preparatory stage consulted with artists on the best options for font design on the new monument. The artist Vyacheslav was attentive to the restoration of the old monument, the restoration of inscriptions. Karina warned in time about a slight delay in the execution of the order, professionally organized an inspection at the factory. Roman, Andrey and Timofey carried out preparatory work and erected a monument. I would like to express my great gratitude to the staff of the company "Memory in Stone" (branch on Surganova str., 40) for the manufacture and installation of a monument and a tombstone on my mother's grave. All work was carried out efficiently in compliance with the deadlines stipulated in the contract. I would especially like to mention Dmitry Mikhailovich Genin, a sales specialist. When contacting the company, our family did not have a clear idea of which monument we wanted to install. Dmitry Mikhailovich showed enviable patience, competence and professionalism in discussing and computer modeling the shape of the monument, helped determine the color of granite. During the discussion, the features of the existing foundations were explained, all the nuances of the arrangement and installation of the monument were highlighted.
Throughout the entire period of the monument's manufacture and installation, the company's employees were in touch with me, promptly resolving emerging issues, which indicates their commitment and responsibility.
