We are currently staying at this hotel. We arrived on June 10 , at 11 a.m. , and checked in after 3 p.m. But we didn't hurry, we went to the beach. We have a family room for 4 people, the children have a cozy bunk bed, my husband and I have a large double bed, lots of pillows. Very comfortable beds. A room with a balcony . There is a refrigerator, a kettle, fresh water, tea, coffee, sugar. The room is cleaned every day. Linen and towels are changed , the floor is cleaned, and the showers are cleaned . Beach and bath towels (different) are changed every day. The room has umbrellas, flip-flops, and a beach bag. The breakfasts are good, the choice of dishes is large. Delicious. The staff is friendly, but they don't understand Russian/English. Use a translator . I like the hotel. Roller coasters are fun, it would be boring without them. But they are high up from the water , and some need to be painted, it feels like the paint is peeling off. Take playing cards , games, badminton, a ball, a column. There is no animation. There is no music near the pool. There is a bar on site, the price tag is higher than outside the hotel. Weather. It was only raining on June 10th when we arrived. The weather is good, the heat is 29-31 g. Sunny. But, the sea is stormy. The waves are strong, and there are red flags everywhere. We swim carefully. You can't cheat. Rescuers are very careful, they don't let you go far. There are deaths. Because the reverse wave is very powerful, it blows you off your feet, and then a new one is already covering you, which goes to the shore, generally turns around, carries you away.. the elements, in a word, are not afraid. It's not worth taking risks and going too far. There are beaches with small waves, but it is necessary to travel far. We're resting on Katya, this beach is in a small bay, it's less stormy. We've been to Karon, but it's even more stormy there because the beach is more open. And some kind of plankton comes in waves-it stings like a jellyfish, but it passes quickly, treatment is not necessary. We take 100bat 1 deck chairs, but they sell two for 200bat. From as a gift. Food. We often have dinner at the market, near 7/11, where the prices are the lowest near the hotel, everything is delicious. Seafood 500 baht a large plate for two, there is also Rice with different fillings , noodles , chicken steaks , tom yam, little salads , salmon steaks, mackerel ...Sometimes we buy food at 7/11 at lunch. Everything is heated there, it's also delicious and not expensive. But make sure that the pepper is not painted, otherwise the food will be very spicy. We buy alcohol in the same place, the rum is local, everything is OK, in accordance with this strictly, they do not fake it. You can take a large bag of ice and put it in the freezer, which will last for a couple of days. There is a variety of fruits, the price tag is normal near the hotel. But it is necessary to wash, ask to be washed. Or take it to the room and wash it yourself . Smoothies are delicious and different for 50-70 baht. The closer to the beach, the more expensive it is. Excursions. They took it on the street . We were lucky to find a Thai agent who understands Russian named KING. The guide was also a Russian speaker. We went to the Jungle, Khao Lak. I liked the elephants, the temple, and the monkey cave. There is no zoo or rafts (sinking). Elephants are certainly a blessing. They also took me to phi phi. I can recommend a hotel , there is nothing to compare , in Thailand for the first time . But there are no off - putting moments . It's boring only on weekends now because of the lack of automation. But this is not Turkey, I think in Thailand, only in premium entertainment hotels.

We had a family vacation at this hotel. I liked everything, the breakfasts were varied, the fruits were fresh and sweet.Porridges, breakfast cereals, steamed pancakes for children. The rooms are cleaned well, although they missed our room a couple of times, but everything was solved quickly and the cleaning was done. Shampoo, gel, soap, toilet paper - there were no problems either, there was plenty.The air conditioner was working fine. Minuses : - there are mosquitoes in the room, although the balcony was almost always closed, but we bought a mosquito repellent, it wasn't a problem anymore, - there are a lot of people at breakfast, especially from 9 to 10, - it's very noisy near the pool, there are a lot of children. Upon arrival, they did not want to check us in because there were no rooms of the booked category. They offered to check into another hotel for a day, and then return to them. But we found representatives of our tour operator and somehow everything was quickly found and settled in, a little better than planned, but in the furthest building. By the way, the cleaning in the furthest building is perfect, they really wash and clean, because in the second week we moved closer to the reception, and there was no cleaning at all, they just brought water. I even went to change the towels myself. But these are all nuances. The breakfasts are monotonous, but everything is always fresh, the coffee is delicious, fruits, eggs, vegetables, porridge, cereals, broth, noodles.....anything but cheese, of course. The exchanger next to the hotel is the most profitable. Fruits can probably be found cheaper. The supermarket is soooo expensive, but it has everything that the Russian soul desires. The beaches are within walking distance, or you can take a taxi. There are many cafes nearby and for every taste. Of course, the night market is incomparable and also nearby. But that was not the case ((( A day later, guests appeared in our room- big and fat guests from the sewers. The saddest thing is that a child saw them. We immediately contacted the reception, asking them to move us to another room. After that, a boy was sent to us with a dustpan and a broom. Well ok. The next day, some kind of disinfection was carried out. It was enough for a couple of days, and the guests came again ((( Here we finally howled, and we were moved to the 5th floor. For the remaining 7 days, we entered the room without fear, swam in the pool and enjoyed our vacation. The hotel is basically not bad, the breakfasts are standard, there are slides on site, close enough to the sea. But this attitude towards the guests was a big negative in the perception (((

The cleaning is good, we always use the remove or do not disturb buttons, we have not encountered anything that would not be cleaned. The rooms are quiet, the neighbors can not be heard and the street too, in general, the street stops activity from 23 o'clock, Kata for family) Food - the hotel gave breakfasts and dinners as a gift - and this helped us out, children can always be fed European food at the hotel, which, as is known in Thai, costs 2-3 times more expensive than local food. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach, it's cool, I like to walk and in Thai it's a pleasure to walk along the tour streets, smiles and cheerful Thais are always a joy! There is parking near the hotel and in the hotel, free for guests, we rented a car and left it safely at the hotel. The rooms are quite comfortable. There were problems with the fact that they did not have time to clean or change towels, but at respon it was all solved quickly enough. There is also a good range of food, although there were some problems finding a free table during the morning rush hour. There are many cafes, restaurants, massage parlors and shops near the hotel. By the way, the fruits and ice cream that are sold at the hotel are not more expensive than everywhere else, so you can safely buy. If you walk a little, you will reach a good market with fruits, food and clothes. And if you turn off the main street, where there are a lot of crowds, you can find Italian, French and Turkish restaurants with excellent cuisine and without noisy people)) Kata Beach is a 10-minute walk away. It's a little more to Karon and Katana. It's a pity that because of the medical sanatorium you have to go to the beach in a detour.
