A great proper monument that honors the military sailors of all Russian fleets. I live a little far away, but I visit this monument periodically.

History must be known and remembered. The Soviet navy was the best in the world. When metal sometimes couldn't withstand the arms race, Soviet sailors could withstand anything. They were able to prevent a nuclear war when the K-19 reactor almost exploded, and the following year, when the nuclear-powered ships were undergoing preventive maintenance, they made a Caribbean cruise on diesel submarines that were not designed for this.
