The food is delicious, made from fresh ingredients. Recipes of Belarusian and European cuisine in their interpretation. The dishes are small. Pan Hop salad is similar to caesar, but with a modified content for local products, I really liked it. The gratin was delicious too. The meat is slightly salted, for my taste. The service is good, the staff is young, it's better to catch the waiters yourself and set the time for serving dishes yourself.

The restaurant was visited on the first evening in Minsk. The location is convenient, the cloakroom is self-catering, the interior is not a wow, but also not a disaster. They cook for a long time, there are no courses ( dessert (brownie) is tasteless. I didn't like the salad with pear and gargonzola either. But!!!!!! Draniki, tinctures, lard with cucumbers..... Top class!!! And we're even willing to put up with a long serve! Personal opinion: Draniki are much tastier here than in the famous popular network of national cuisine. 🤫 Straight aesthetics, don't expect anything high, but if you have a delicious meal of a good Belarusian national, take it boldly! I recommend you to visit.

We had dinner during our stay at the Garni hotel, but you should also go to the restaurant separately. Very tasty! The draniki simply conquered, the most delicious of all that I had to try, But in general, all the dishes were good. The drinks were also OK, they were served quickly, and the food didn't have to wait long. Thanks!
