We had a vacation from the agency in Georgia in May 2019. We were accommodated at the Tbilisi Central Hotel. It is located on the 5th-6th floor of the shopping center with access to the railway station platform. The reviews indicate it as a hostel. And they were supposed to stay at the Georgian Voyage hotel (could not be found on the Internet). We called the operator, promised to settle the issue, but nothing has changed. In the future, no one called back or asked. The rest is ruined. The representative of Anex Tour was not seen in Georgia at all
