A solid five for service, cuisine and spa, but the hotel was not originally built as a hotel. The hand of the Turkish master is visible. There are load-bearing columns in the rooms. Sound insulation as in all Turkish buildings. Once again: the service, the kitchen and the spa are excellent, the building is a C grade.

Clear! The saxophone is playing for breakfast- amazing! Our room was small, with a column in the middle of the room.. the feeling that the room was designed for one guest, because both the bathrobe and slippers were in a single copy.

The last time we went to dinner with guests from Turkey, ordered salads, khachapuri as a hot appetizer and kebabs, so after salads we waited more than an hour for khachapuri to be served, just sat trying to distract the guests, that's such a pause, complained to the person responsible there, I hope they will solve problems with inexperienced waiters, the waiter was waiting for my signal that the cook started cooking it all )

I was at a corporate party on December 21, 2023. The table was set very nicely, but because of the cigarette smoke I felt sick, I had to leave the restaurant ahead of time, and the lights were turned off all the time, it was impossible to see what dish was presented 😅

We held a corporate party there - it was unreasonably expensive. Snacks and salads are delicious. I didn't like the meat, the kebab steaks were dry. Dessert is also a three. Prices are above average. The atmosphere is good. Good and fast service. The worst thing is the presenter who held the New Year's corporate party, boorish attitude towards the guests, mate.

В принципе уютно, большие окна, блекауты есть. Не понравилось отношение персонала на ресепшене. Путаница с оплатой, предупредили что выезжаем рано, попросили приготовить фудбоксы, приготовили с опозданием. Было ощущение, что положили, все , что осталось. Неприятно.

Помимо того, что это модное и дорогое место, с высоким уровнем сервиса, тут очень вкусно готовят. Отличная команда сотрудников, энтузиасты своего дела. Всё на высшем уровне. Очень высокая наценка на спиртное.

Планируется 4 звездочная Гостиница уровня Radisson Hotels. Мощный проект для обычного человека. Думаю что именно таких отелей мало в Ташкенте. Именно такое место привлекает иностранцев своей изысканностью и умением работать на Всемирном международном уровне. После открытия советую посетить этот отель, чтобы хоть немного ощутить уровень и прикоснуться к возможностям Всемирных отелей экстра класса.

Отличное место, шикарная музыка, вкусная еда, вот правда персонал оставляет желать лучшего. Начиная от принятия заказа до закрытия счета, просто в без десяти минут 11 нам подали счет, а в 12 громко на весь зал попросили освободить помещение, неприятно как то

Планировала отметить день рождения, но передумала. Приезжала для бронирования столика, встретили сухо, так как понравился интерьер, все же решилась отмечать именно там, в процессе составления праздничного меню, никакого содействия не было оказано, пытались обсчитать. В общем я не готова за такое обслуживание оставлять деньги! Уверена, если бы решилась, то мой вечер был бы испорчен!

Отличный отель за такие деньги. Идеальное сочетание цены и качества. Лояльный и вежливый персонал. Говорят на русском. Заселялся в 4 утра без предупреждения. Номера были. Рядом какой-то бар. Рекомендую.
